Marketing to healthcare accounts such as physicians, hospital, nursing homes, and ALF's to educate clients on the benefits of hospice in representing Hospice Inspiris.

Responsibilities:

Develops and maintains productive relationships with referral sources within an assigned territory.
Develops monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing plans to guide sales and marketing activities.
Assists the Executive Director in developing annual plans for general community outreach and education to external audiences and constituencies including but not limited to: broad-based media initiatives, annual corporate events, community functions, community work projects; community boards; disease specific associations; and service functions and sponsorships.
Continues to market internally the advantages and benefits of using Hospice Inspiris as part of the Evercare, Secure Horizons, Optum Health, and other UHC sister segments for the continuum of care.
Makes 10-12 quality face-to-face calls per day among the 50 identified key referral sources decided upon with the help of the Executive Director and Director of Business Development.
Completes all job duties in a manner that meets the accepted standards of practice and the Evercare Hospice & Palliative Care Policies and Procedures.

Works collaboratively with others to achieve goals.
Utilizes and maintains all marketing activity via a CRM system.

Skills / Requirements

Qualifications:
Minimum of two years experience in marketing or community outreach in the healthcare field.
Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related field (education, journalism, communications, etc.)
Ability to interface, speak publicly and/or communicate effectively with individuals and/or groups
High degree of skill in human relations and communications
Must possess a valid and current driver's license and automobile insurance.
Must have reliable transportation.
Knowledge of CRM's preferred.
Marketing and sales experience in healthcare, previous hospice sales experience preferable.
