That’s what the FWMBCC has consistently strived to do, and the difference is seen in continued growth and development, improvements in housing and services, and increased business opportunities.
Founded in 1979, the Fort Worth Metropolitan Black Chamber embraced the concept of paving a new economic and business landscape in Fort Worth and Tarrant County in which African American owned businesses would be an integral and vital component. More than 25 years later the FWMBCC continues to champion the cause of African American businesses and entrepreneurs working to get their piece of the economic pie.
Our mission is to promote, assist and enhance economic and business development for members and to stimulate wealth in the communities we serve.
