NXP USA, Inc. has multiple openings at various professional levels in Austin, TX. PRODUCT/TEST ENGINEER to perform semiconductor product/test engineering in furtherance of research, design, development, and manufacturing of the company's in-house microcontroller and related product development. The following positions perform semiconductor design engineering duties including design, development, and testing for firm products and devices in conjunction with product development for the electronic communications industry: DESIGN QUALITY DFT ENGINEER; PRINCIPAL ENGINEER; ANALOG IC PHYSICAL DESIGN; and SOC EMULATION ENGINEER. ANALOG CIRCUIT ENGINEER to perform semiconductor design engineering duties in furtherance of research and development of in-house software products and devices and related products for the electronic communications industry. MANUFACTURING IT GLOBAL INFRASTRUCTURE SYSTEM ARCHITECT to design and develop system solutions for the IT manufacturing infrastructure team with 4% travel to Chandler, AZ req'd. CHIP-PACKAGE INTERACTION ENGINEER to perform engineering duties in planning, design, and characterization of waferfab and assembly processes to ensure NXP Chip-Package Interaction requirements are met. DESIGN METHODOLOGIES AND TOOLS to perform operations research analysis to develop, improve, and sustain parametric testing of electrical Process Control Monitor structures. SENIOR UX DESIGN to design and develop the user experience for design system and features that supports NXP's entire digital estate. GLOBAL INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING PROGRAM MANAGER to perform industrial engineering duties in furtherance of the IE methods and systems used by the factories to improve performance with up to 5% of domestic (AZ & TX) & international (Netherlands) travel req'd. SYSTEMS AND APPLICATIONS ENGINEER to design and integrate systems and applications into microcontroller components into a complete product for the electronic communications industry with 15% domestic and international (UK, Europe, Asia) travel req. DATA ENGINEER to develop and implement a set of techniques or analytics applications to transform raw data into meaningful information using data-oriented programming languages and visualization software.
