Job Overview:


This position is responsible for team leadership in OptumHealth Care Solutions, guidance and support; focusing on quality services and compliance with NurseLine standards. This position will manage a staff of Nurses, including selection, performance management, call monitoring, coaching. Provides leadership and guidance to team. Assist staff to focus on delivering quality services.




The responsibilities of the position include:




  • Achieves quality and service metrics for your team on a consistent basis



  • Monitors the team's performance to ensure quality and accuracy



  • Guides, directs, coaches and develops team members



  • Adapts quickly to change and refocus efforts with a positive attitude



  • Maintains the confidentiality of sensitive information



  • Completes all required Integrity and Compliance education programs



  • Strives to achieve business goals and objectives

Skills / Requirements

Qualifications for this position include:

Current RN unrestricted licensure in work state

Minimum of one year telephonic support experience

Demonstrates leadership and strong staff management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to demonstrate problem solving skills

Technical proficiency in the use of MS Office applications

Preferred qualifications include:

Bachelor Degree in Nursing / or related healthcare field, or ADN

3-5 years of clinical experience
