We are currently seeking an experienced, talented dynamic Business Office Manager for a multi-facility Traveling BOM position supporting business office operations in the skilled nursing setting.
Traveling Business Office Manager for Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF BOM)
Hours: Full Time
Location: Abilene, Texas
The primary purpose of the Traveling BOM position is to assist business office managers and staff on accurate and efficient billing according to company and industry standards, to help with timely collections of accounts receivable across multiple operations and to ensure exact recording of revenue transactions in locations operating in the healthcare industry.
- 3+ years of Business Office Manager experience in Long Term Care (LTC)/ SN
- Experience in the billing role of a nursing home is required.
- Experience with Medicare, Medicaid and Managed Care.
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree from accredited college with specialization in business or accounting is preferred.
- Solid leadership and relationship/team building skills- prior leadership/supervisor experience strongly preferred
- PCC knowledge preferred
