Job Description

1. Promotion & Event 20%
(1) Base on the Marketing Calendar conduct Trade Marketing Calendar: clear launch program/activities to be in line with brand equity, new product claim and achieve new product, product sell through target at counter
(2) Base on the requirement of the department stores, preparing the promotion plan to support the big promotion activity such as cosmetics festival, store anniversary, etc.
(3) Execute all the promotion and Event plan to ensure the on-time delivery and full-package execution.
(4) Monitor and track all the activities execution including the sell-through target vs actual and calculate ROI for each promotion and event execution. Based on the analysis and learning, further optimize the future promotion and event plan.
(5) Oversee VM & event design & execution upon campaign calendar.

2. Top doors Trade marketing support plan 30
(1) Analyze the sell-through performance by door and co-work with Sales manager to identify the top doors annually.
(2) Understand top doors' needs and support Sales team in development with top customers such as development of tailor-made event/program/activities to support the growth target of top doors such as tailor-made event, exclusive pre-launch etc.
(3) Fully leverage customers' resource of CRM and customer communication channels such as Department Store's and FSS, Weixin/Weibo/Website/DM/SMS to build brand image, communicate new product launch or other big activities.
(4) Develop re-action plan if key competitors launch big activity such as big event, new launch or renovation

3. CRM 25%
(1) Smoothly run CRM regular programs, inclusive of
i. Provide activity description & execution guideline to field sales to strengthen counter implementation.
ii. Give clear guidance to agencies and lead agencies for error-free delivery.
iii. Manage CRM counter samples & materials in effective way.
iv. Collect & respond feedback from sales, consumers & agency on time.
(2) lop, execute & track door tailored CRM programs to achieve business targets.
(3) Be capable to do data analysis to fulfill ad-hoc requests and understand consumer behavior.
(4) Handle internal process, inclusive of creation of shopping cart and follow up approval in line with budget plan financial phasing and internal order and logistics arrangement.
(5) Key competitor activity monitor and analysis
a) Collect and track competitor activities on monthly basis
b) Share the Biz insights

4. New Door Opening Execution 15%
(1) Base on brand's new door opening plan, communicate with department store management to negotiate all the
supportive functions for the opening program, such as: opening event program, local media advertising, mailers,
samples, event site booking and other in-door/out-door banners, as well as window or light-boxes.
(2) Work closely with Sales, Education and CRM colleagues to ensure the Store VIP workshop runs well, including: Mailer post, VIP appointment booking, sessions arrangement and workshop execution.
(3) Work closely with Sales and Education Teams to ensure the opening program execution.
(4) Track new door opening sales and report it, so as to take actions based on the sales performance.
(5) New door program to ensure the new door success rate and sustainable.

5. Market Intelligence 5%
(1) Track competitors' event activity to optimize our event plan.

6. Budget Plan and Control 5%
(1) Assist Marketing Manager to control the budget for promotion and event line.


1. Strong negotiation and analytical skills with sales orientation attitude.
2. Fluent in English, good computer skills, excellent in analysis skills and business understanding.
3. Self-motivated and proactive personal character, willing to working under stress.
4. Strong communication skills with internal – sales/marketing team, external – customers/vendors.
5. Work Experience: 5 years trade marketing /CRM/Key Aaccount experience
6. Cosmetic background is preferred
