Administrative Assistant (Irving, TX). Duties incl answer Ph., direct calls, sched appt, manage calendars & order ofc supplies; maintain & update file/database using a computer; compile, copy, sort & file records of ofc activities, business transactions, & other activities; complete/mail bills, contracts, policies, invoices or checks; communicate & disseminate info to customers. Must have an assoc deg in any field & 1 yr exp in the job offd or 1 yr. rltd exp as a customer service asst. Must be proficient in basic computer skills incl MS Word & Excel/Spreadsheet.
