Business Development Specialist is needed full time in Austin, TX. Minimum required for this position is a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. Salary $48,339/year. Job duties:

- Identify potential business opportunities and generate new sales leads.

- Develop and implement strategies to target new customers in the construction, contracting, and roofing industries.

- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects, converting leads into long-term business relationships.

- Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.

- Analyze market data to identify growth opportunities and areas for expansion, including new geographic markets or product lines.

- Provide insights to management regarding emerging market trends and opportunities to improve competitiveness.

- Build strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
