Construction, Project, Certified Level C General Project Manager (APMA)

Canadian Solar U.S. Module Manufacturing Corporation is seeking a Construction, Project, Certified Level C General Project Manager (APMA) for its Mesquite, TX office.

Job Duties: Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other workers on projects. Choose subcontractors and delegate their responsibilities. Responsible for any delays, emergencies, and problems. Comply with safety and building codes as well as legal requirements. Report project progress and budget to client. Explain contract and technical matter to others in a clear manner. Prepare budget and cost estimates, along with work timetables.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Construction, Engineering, or a related field. Also requires education or experience in each of the following:

• Project management of new plant construction and renovation projects 
• Designing, planning, improving, and implementing factory public utility projects
• Craft production processes and understanding of how to integrate into infrastructure systems
• Preparing tender documents, construction scope, and work content for projects, and final evaluation of bidders
• Engaging in design process management, construction process management, and risk management
