Sr. Oracle EBS Financial Functional Analyst

HID Global Corporation is seeking a Sr. Oracle EBS Financial Functional Analyst for its Austin, TX office.

Job Duties: Deliver end-to-end financial solutions within the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) applications environment. Define, design, develop, test, document, and support finance and accounting functions in the Oracle Financials modules. Evaluate user requests and requirements, determine and implement optimal approaches and solutions, prepare related functional and technical documentation using system analysis techniques and procedures. Work cross-functionally to support operational needs and enhance system capabilities. 10%  domestic travel required.  Telecommuting permitted.

Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering or an IT related field. 

Experience Requirements: Five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in each of the following:

" Oracle ERP version 12x and above in core financial modules, including corporate accounting areas of GL, FA, SLA, AR, AP, PA, CST, with a good understanding of P2P path and O2C flow; 

" EBS technology components: SQL, PL/SQL, reports etc. using TOAD or SQL Developer;

" Serving as an internal subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle modules including GL, FA, SLA, AR, AP, PA, CST  providing feasibility analysis, solution design and new functionality implementation;

" Enterprise applications in Oracle eBusiness Suite;

" Applications integration to other third-party applications; generating process maps for front-end related business processes;

" Thorough understanding of technical and functional aspects of Oracle ERP including Application Object Library (AOL), and FND;

" Understanding of e-business Tax (ZX) module and other tax integration tools such as Vertex;

" Understanding of Oracle Supply Chain cycles and modules: OTC, P2P, BOM, WIP, ONT, PO, INV;

" Understanding of ITIL framework. 

PLUS  2 years of experience in OTL and Salesforce.
