Support/review data transformations, workflows & scheduling limitations using Oracle HCMAdvanced Benefits, Oracle HCM-Payroll, Oracle HCM-Compensation Management, Oracle BPM, REST API, BI Reporting, WebServices, JSON, Crystal Reports, Agile Methodologies. Identify process changes & write functional specifications for user requirements. Liaise with cross functional teams for code reviews & create unit test cases to support data validations.
