Technical Account Specialist for mftr of vacuum pumps, covers Semiconductor, High Tech Mfg industries, Labs & Research in Taylor, TX. Must have BA in Engg, Sci, or rltd fields. Conduct on-site installation, setup & troubleshooting of vacuum pump systems & rltd semiconductor mfg eqpmt. Provide expert guidance & support to clients regarding operational & maintenance aspects of vacuum pumps. Collaborate closely w/ engg team to deeply understand eqpmt dsgn & its application in semiconductor mfg. Employ systematic approaches to diagnose & resolve mechanical, h/ware, s/ware & system failures to ensure optimal reliability & performance. Lead detailed tech'l training sessions for customers & peers, sharing expertise & best practices in vacuum technology. Prep comprehensive service reports documenting all service activities, incl observations, test results & recommended actions. Strictly adhere to all safety protocols & procedures at customer sites. Manage inventory of spare parts to ensure availability for maintenance or urgent repairs. Estab & maintain strong relationships w/ customers, addressing their needs promptly & effectively. Stay updated on latest dvlpmts in vacuum technology & semiconductor mfg processes. Perform other duties as directed by supervisor, contributing to the team's success. Must be fluent in Korean. Must have a fundamental knowl of semiconductor mfg & be familiar w/ Samsung's semiconductor mfg practices, incl the use of tools, eqpmt, & facilities.
