About the job:
Lead a team of 15-25 production specialists to fully utilize the equipment in their assigned areas. The job requires working in a wafer fab cleanroom environment and spending 8-9 hrs in the factory with manufacturing direct reports. The desired candidate is capable of transitioning to new roles quickly and effectively, learning new concepts, and being self-motivated to meet objectives in a rapid paced work environment.

The candidate must be a team player who can work with a team of supervisors and engineers to achieve business goals. The successful candidate will also have excellent people skills with the ability to communicate at all levels, influence others within and across teams, and relate to individuals from various backgrounds, experiences, and skills. The ability to successfully motivate and enable others to perform at a high level is fundamental to the job role. Experience with training and developing others or leading teams is a plus.

Minimum Requirements:
- Must have a Bachelor's degree
- Able to work days or nights on shift in a wafer fab, and this position requires working on a compressed shift (nights)

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Management field
- General knowledge of operations management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software tools
- Excellent people skills with the ability to communicate at all levels, influence others within and across teams, and relate to individuals from various backgrounds, experiences, and skills
- Take the initiative to influence through peer and direct reports
- Adapts easily to changing priorities
- Seeks to proactively prevent counterproductive manufacturing events
- Demonstrate ability to identify and resolve manufacturing problems using a systematic approach
- Seek to proactively prevent counterproductive manufacturing events
